This show was born out of a desire to entertain, uplift and distract everyone suddenly stuck at home (like Ben and Emma were) when the pandemic hit. What was first envisioned as a few livestreams of Ben providing much needed laughs through stand-up and Emma distracting viewers with weird news stories became 100 episodes of Working from Home." This new version of that show - now called The Big New Show" - was born as viewers voiced how much the content meant to them. Moving beyond Ben (improv master with a ridiculously large catalog of material) doing stand-up into an empty room forever, The Big New Show" is big. It's new. It's a show. Half variety show, half podcast, all fun. Ben performs more improvised stand-up, as well as sketches and even music! - with fun graphics and interesting chat with co-host Emma Gleeson. The Big New Show" segments include Cash Cab Drive By, The Wise Old Man on the Mountain, Movie Quote, Emma's Weekly Weird News, Comedy Club, Original Music, Ben Boxing Ben, Bat Guy, A Man in Space, Viewer Questions and Sunday Sunday Sunday.
