Featured picks
We feature picks from people around the BettorEdge community. Here is exactly what that does and does not mean, and how to get yours in front of the room.
The short version
Featured voices are not necessarily official partners. BettorEdge never issues its own picks. Every pick links back to its source. Nothing here is advice. Must be 18+, or your state's legal age if it is higher.
What a feature means
A feature is not a partnership
People whose picks we feature may or may not have any commercial relationship with BettorEdge. Most are simply friends of the community. A feature is editorial coverage, not an endorsement, a sponsorship, or a statement that we agree with the pick.
BettorEdge does not make picks
We never publish a house pick, a lean, or a recommendation. Every pick you see carries a named person's name on it, because it belongs to them and not to us. We are a marketplace where members bet against each other, so taking a side would put us on the wrong end of our own product.
Every pick links to its source
Whenever we feature a pick we link to where it came from, whether that is a show, an episode timestamp, a picks page, or a post. If you want to check what somebody actually said, the link is right there. If a pick has no source we can point at, we do not run it.
Prices are theirs, not ours
When we quote the price someone got, that is the number they reported at the time, from wherever they bet. It is not an offer from BettorEdge and it is not a price you can take. BettorEdge prices are set between members and they move constantly, so whatever is on our board when you look is the only number that matters.
None of it is advice
Nothing we publish is betting, financial, or investment advice. Past results do not predict future ones. Anyone can be wrong, including people who have been right for a long time. Bet only what you can afford to lose.
We can stop at any time
Featuring anyone is entirely at our discretion, is never paid for, and is never guaranteed to continue. We may stop featuring a person or a source at any time, for any reason, without notice.
How we choose what to cover
Bets placed on BettorEdge come first. A BettorEdge bet is verifiable, it carries a price another member actually matched, and it belongs to our own community, which makes it both the most accurate thing we can show you and the thing we would rather show you. After that we look at content, posts, shows or videos. Coverage is editorial, never paid, and never guaranteed.
Get your picks featured
Email support@bettoredge.com with the following. Keep it to one message.
Having a BettorEdge account is what moves you to the front of the line, because it lets us show what you actually bet rather than what you said. Submitting does not guarantee coverage, and we may stop at any time.
Questions
Does being featured mean you are partnered with BettorEdge?
No. Featured voices may or may not have a commercial relationship with BettorEdge. A feature is editorial coverage and not an endorsement, a sponsorship, or agreement with the pick.
Does BettorEdge make its own picks?
No. BettorEdge never publishes a house pick or a lean. Every pick we run is attributed to a named person, and we link to the original source so you can check it yourself.
Can I get the price you quoted next to someone's pick?
No. A quoted price is the number that person reported at the time, from wherever they bet. It is not an offer from BettorEdge. Prices on BettorEdge are set between members and move constantly, so only the live number on the board applies to you.
How do I get my picks featured?
Email support@bettoredge.com with your name, your show or company, your BettorEdge username if you have one, and a public link to where your picks are posted. Picks placed on BettorEdge are prioritized first for coverage, and other public sources can also be submitted.
Why do BettorEdge bets get priority?
A bet placed on BettorEdge is verifiable, it carries a real price that another member actually matched, and it belongs to our own community. That makes it both the most accurate source available to us and the one we would rather showcase.
How do I ask to not be featured?
Email support@bettoredge.com and ask us to stop. We will remove you from future coverage, and we can remove existing mentions on request.
Keep it fun
BettorEdge is peer to peer, not a house you fight. If it ever stops feeling like fun, that is your signal to step back. Must be of legal age in your state. Call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) any time, or see our responsible gaming resources.
