What changed for Oregon in 2026
- New offensive coordinator in Drew Mehringer (Oregon Co-Offensive Coordinator and TE Coach) and defensive coordinator in Chris Hampton (Oregon Co-Defensive Coordinator and Safeties Coach)
- Dante Moore returns at QB after a sophomore season of 3,565 yards, 30 TDs, and 10 INTs
- Starting RB from last season is gone, so backup Jordon Davison is expected to start (667 yards, 15 TDs) with returner Dierre Hill Jr. expected to be in the rotation (656 yards, 5 TDs)
- Two out of the top three WRs from last season return in Jeremiah McClellan (557 yards, 3 TDs) and Dakorien Moore (497 yards, 3 TDs). UAB transfer WR Iverson Hooks is expected to start (927 yards, 7 TDs)
- Returning two starting offensive lineman
- 2025 PPG/YPG: 35.4 ppg (13th out of 136), 448.4 ypg (12th out of 136)
- Returning eight starters on a defense that allowed 18.2 ppg (11th in CFB), including their leading sacker in LB Teitum Tuioti (9.5 sacks) and leading interceptions player in CB Brandon Finney Jr (3 INTs). Two transfers are expected to start, including Minnesota transfer safety in Koi Perich (82 tackles, 1 INT)
