- Starting RB from last season is gone, so backups Khristian Lando (200 yards, 1 TD) and Andrew Paul (127 yards, 3 TD) are expected to split carries
- Top player in terms of receiving yards from last season returns in Deondre Johnson (724 yards, 6 TDs)
- Returning one starting offensive lineman
- Returning five starters on defense, including their top two tacklers in LBs Mac Sanders (85 tackles) and Walker O’Steen (84 yards, 3 INTs)
