  • Lunch Winfield returns at QB after a sophomore season of 1,555 yards, 11 TDs, and 7 INTs, as well as 667 rushing yards and 9 rushing TDs
  • Starting RB from last season is gone. Howard transfer Anthony Reagan Jr. is expected to start (671 yards, 9 TDs)
  • Top player in terms of receiving yards from last season returns in Shelton Sampson Jr. (537 yards, 6 TDs)
  • Returning three starting offensive lineman that allowed 25 sacks in 2025 (76th in CFB)
  • 2025 PPG/YPG: 25.3 ppg (77th out of 136), 340.2 ypg (98th out of 136)
  • Returning two starters on defense, with the top returner being CB Brent Gordon Jr. (62 tackles)
