What changed for Old Dominion in 2026
- New offensive coordinator in Kody Cook (Old Dominion WR Coach)
- Starting QB from last season is gone. Washington State transfer Jaxon Potter is expected to start (604 yards, 4 TDs, 3 INTs)
- Devin Roche returns at RB after a sophomore season of 630 yards and 4 TDs
- Top six players in terms of receiving yards are gone, with the top returner being Sidney Mbanasor (68 yards, 0 TDs). Mercer transfer Kendall Harris is expected to start (478 yards, 3 TDs)
- No starting offensive lineman return
- Returning four starters on defense, including their leading tackler in S Mario Easterly (80 tackles)
