  • New defensive coordinator in Demetrius Sumler (San Diego State CB Coach)
  • Jayden Donegal returns at QB after a 2025 season of 1,807 yards, 9 TDs, and 8 INTs
  • Lucky Sutton returns at RB after a junior season of 1,297 yards (13th in CFB) and 10 TDs
  • Top two players in terms of receiving yards from last season return in Jordan Napier (629 yards, 2 TDs) and Donovan Brown (518 yards, 2 TDs)
  • Returning two starting offensive lineman
  • 2025 PPG/YPG: 25.1 ppg (78th out of 136), 349.6 ypg (90th out of 136)
  • Returning three starters on defense, with their top returner being S Dalesean Staley (76 tackles). Six transfers are expected to start, including Weber State transfer LB Sione Hala (64 tackles) and Ohio transfer S Jalen Thomeson (86 tackles)
