  • New head coach in Lane Kiffin (Ole Miss Head Coach)
  • New offensive coordinator in Charlie Weiss Jr. (Ole Miss Offensive Coordinator)
  • Starting QB from last season is gone. Arizona State transfer Sam Leavitt is expected to start (1,628 yards, 10 TDs, 3 INTs in 7 games played)
  • Starting RB from last season is gone, so backup Harlem Barry is expected to start (491 yards, 2 TDs)
  • Top two players in terms of receiving yards from last season are gone, with the top returner being TE Trey’Dez Green (433 yards, 7 TDs). Three transfers are expected to start at WR in Kansas State transfer Jayce Brown (712 yards, 5 TDs), Hawaii transfer Jackson Harris (963 yards, 12 TDs - T-6th in CFB), and Ole Miss transfer Winston Watkins (373 yards, 1 TD)
  • Returning two starting offensive lineman, with two transfers expected to start
  • Returning three starters on defense, with their top returner being S Tamarcus Cooley (72 tackles, 2 INTs).
